How long will it take to setup my account?
While Canetx.net will make every attempt to setup your account as fast as possible, the nature of internet business
makes it impossible for us to offer instant access to our servers. Your account will be setup as soon as it has cleared our
our fraud-check verification process and the payment process is completed. This will not take longer then one business day on most
orders. If we find a problem with your order we will inform you within 24 hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept certapay (EMT), paypal (Verified only), money orders, credit cards through our merchant account, and personal
checks (given 7 business days to clear)
How long has Canetx.net been around?
Canetx.net tookover operations of Netdoozer Canada in March 2005, Netdoozer Canada was established in 2001. Netdoozer Canada and CANETx (iNORTH INC)
Networks Canada are registered businesses in Ontario
Can I run IRCD processes?
No, we do not allow IRCD processes on our network because of the increased ddos probability from these accounts
If I accidentally go over my allotted bandwidth are you going to charge me insane fee's?
We only charge customers if they go over their bandwidth allottment by a factor of 2, to which normal bandwidth charges
would apply. Please see our services section for rates.
